A driver who hit a car parked near a house in Saudi Arabia left a mocking note saying he is ready to help, but it included the wrong phone number. The Saudi house owner said he was surprised when he found that his car was scratched on the side and a note was left on the windshield.
“I scratched your car and I am at your disposal. Here is my number, and you can eat barley if you want,” the note said, according to ‘Sada’ newspaper.
“He not only left a mocking note, but he gave the wrong phone number,” the Saudi man told the paper in a report from the Saudi capital Riyadh.
Son found to be one of the thieves
A Saudi farmer got the shock of his life when he was told that one of the four thieves who stole his money is his own son.
The man had reported to the police that thieves stole nearly SR186,000 (Dh185,000) from his car while parked at a sheep market in the eastern province.
“Police arrested the thieves and recovered the money. When they were shown to the man, he was shocked to see his son is one of them,” ‘Al Watan’ daily said.
