Brazilian beauty and top fitness model Andreia Brazier is in Dubai having launched her own lifetyle company in January.
Brazier spoke to the media after her second win in the World Fitness and Beauty Championship (WBFF 2013) in Las Vegas on August 24 alongside Kassem El Uneis who is the Managing Director of A1LifeStyle.
A1-Fitness was established with the mission of help building and nurturing better life-style habits concerning fitness/nutrition objectives.
A1-Fitness programmes are designed and run by Brazier who has a total training experience of 20 year based on developing a wide range of knowledge in the area of physical building and conditioning.
She worked as a Freelance International Trainer from 2007-2012 in many prestigious gyms and fitness clubs around the world; London, Australia, Brazil, Dubai, and Germany.
Her main training focus is on Kettle bell, Free weights, Body Weight and Function Training; Conditioning, Hypertrophy, Strength and Power training; Lower Back care, Weight management; and Nutrition/Supplement dietary plan for Total Body Transformation.
Brazier was also engaged in Fitness Modelling and attended many Fitness conventions and competitions in Munich, UK, Denmark, Toronto and Las Vegas where she ranked first.
"A1Lifestyle is a consultant agency that cares about fitness, nutrition, and the fit lifestyle. We are growing fast and strong, based our ability to help our clients obtain a better health, fitness, and beauty lifestyle," she said.
"We created an easy-to-follow A1 Nutrition (programme) to combine with A1 Training, so that week-by-week our clients become more lean, toned, and strong. We help people to become the best they can be. We love what we do and we take our people to a high conditioning level," she added.
Kassem said their training is open to all age groups.
Brazier introduces the only type of group training combined with nutritional and supplement plan.
